We connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official, authorized API using OAuth. You (or an authorized user of your company) grant access by approving the connection; you can revoke that access at any time from within QuickBooks Online or by asking us to disconnect. We use QuickBooks data solely to perform the bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting work you have engaged us to do. We do not sell QuickBooks data, and we do not use it for advertising or any purpose unrelated to your engagement. Access tokens are stored securely and are used only to make authorized requests on your behalf.

How we share information

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to safeguard the data in our care. We carry professional liability and cyber insurance.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we are providing services to you and for a reasonable period afterward to meet record-keeping, tax, and legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or securely dispose of it. You may ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
Your choices
