Starting prices. One clear quote.
Everything I build is custom, so exact prices come from a short conversation, not a menu. But you deserve to know what things cost before you reach out. These are the starting points for the simplest version of each.

Partnership plans
I grow with your business. Start small while money is tight, move up when the work I do starts making you money. This is most of what I do now.
Those are founding rates: setup waived and locked in for as long as you stay, for a small number of Pennsylvania businesses. In return, your results become a case study. Plans start with three months, since I build your website up front. On the Startup plan those first three months cover the build, then it drops to $100/mo for hosting and care; want to own the site outright instead, buy it one-time from the menu above. We talk it through
A short conversation about your business, what you need, and what a win looks like.
I scope the work
I map out exactly what the project involves, so the price reflects your job, not a template.
You get one clear quote
The full price in writing, usually within a day. Nothing gets added later without your okay.

Pricing questions
How much does a website cost?
A single custom landing page is $299, and full multi-page websites start at $499. Bigger builds with more pages, booking, or integrations cost more. Every site is scoped to your business, so the exact number comes in one clear quote before any work starts.
What does the AI receptionist cost, and why is it worth it?
It starts at $299 a month plus a one-time setup. For comparison, human answering services run $245 to $1,399 a month, and a single missed call can be a lost customer. Mine answers every call in your business's voice, books appointments straight into your calendar, and I manage the whole thing for you.
What is a founding rate?
I'm taking a small number of founding Pennsylvania clients at half the regular monthly rate, with setup waived. That rate is locked in for as long as you stay. In exchange, I ask founding clients to let me use the results as a case study. When the founding spots fill, new clients pay the regular rate.
What is the AI setup session?
AI tools like Claude are powerful, but setting them up right for a business isn't user friendly. In one hands-on hour I set Claude up for you, build your first real workflows around your actual work, and teach you how to use it day to day. Then I'm on call for 14 days while it becomes a habit. AI consultants bill $150 to $350 an hour for this; mine is a flat $249 with the support included.
Can you get my business recommended by AI like ChatGPT?
That's the newest part of being found online, and almost nobody local is doing it yet. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI for 'the best salon near me,' those answers come from how your website and business listings are structured. Every site I build includes that structure, the same way it includes regular SEO. It's called answer engine optimization, and it's included, not an upsell.
What exactly is a mini-app?
A small custom tool built around one repetitive task in your business, whatever currently eats your time or lives in a messy spreadsheet. Built around exactly how you work, so it takes a tap instead of an afternoon. Custom software shops quote $10,000 and up for tools like these. Mine start at $999 because I build with AI and keep the scope tight.
Why 'starting at' instead of exact prices?
Because the work is genuinely custom. A one-page site for a salon and a one-page site with online booking and three integrations are different jobs. The starting price is the floor for the simplest version, and you get the exact all-in number in writing before you commit to anything.
Do I own my website on the Startup plan?
Here's the deal: on Startup I build the site and host it for you — $250/mo for the first three months to cover the build, then $100/mo for hosting and care, instead of a big bill up front. Your domain always belongs to you. Stay on the plan and the site is yours to use, updated and cared for. If you ever want to own the files outright, you can buy the site one-time from the menu or ask me for a fair buyout price. No hostage games.
Do you require long contracts?
No long contracts, ever. One-time projects are quoted per project, and the monthly services are month-to-month. The one exception: partnership plans start with three months, because I build your website up front in month one. After that they're month-to-month too, and if it isn't earning its keep, you can walk. That's on me to prevent.
