An AI phone receptionist that books its own appointments
For Lost Sheep Salon in Pittsburgh, I built and launched an AI phone receptionist that answers on its own number, talks in the salon's voice, answers real questions about services and hours, and books appointments straight into the salon's scheduling. It runs on a custom knowledge base I loaded and tuned, so a missed call doesn't turn into a lost customer.

From a broken checkout to a store that actually sells
Rice Equipment carries the world's largest stock of new old parts for vintage Farmall and McCormick-Deering tractors, with customers all over the country. But the old website had quietly stopped working as a store. The checkout threw “no suitable shipping methods” errors, so customers literally couldn't place an online order or pay. Every visitor who wanted to buy got turned away.
We rebuilt the whole thing on Shopify: 565 parts across 46 categories, browsable by tractor, by system, or by brand, because customers arrive knowing three different things. And a checkout that takes a card without making anyone create an extra account first. It's live now at riceequipmentinc.com, and they're one of the businesses I work with in Clarion County. An old WordPress site, rebuilt fast, without losing its #1 Google ranking
KushKations is a boutique portfolio of 420-friendly luxury rentals across the Denver metro. It came to us on aging WordPress: slow, dated, and clumsy to book on a phone. The catch: it was already ranking #1 on Google for its market, and that hard-won SEO couldn't be put at risk.
We rebuilt it as a mobile-first, deliberately fast website with direct booking built in and migrated it so carefully that it held its #1 Google ranking through the move. New site, same top spot, a far better experience.
